R-Mark™ Small RNA Marker (20-50nt) is an ideal marker for microRNA electrophoresis.
It consists of four single-stranded RNAs at 20, 30, 40 and 50 nt and should be mixed with RNA-loading buffer prior to use. It is recommended to use 1 µl of LY294002
